2. What is the lead time for molds and samples?
A: Depending on mold dimensions and complexity, we typically complete and send samples within 30-70 days.
3. Shipping
A: For samples, we offer FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, and more.
B: For large orders, we arrange shipment by sea or air as per your requirements.
4. What are the payment terms for orders?
A:
For Mold/Tooling and Sample: 50% deposit upon order, remaining 50% upon sample approval.
For Production Orders from new customers: 30% down payment, remaining 70% upon copy of Original B/L.
